I wanna build a Savage Pain healer.

Who's the best and most budget-friendly candidate?
The healers I have in my barracks are listed below with their IVs.
None have any SI bar SPD+3 on B.Veronica.

This is off topic and I apologize but, what tool is that you're using to track your units?

FEHKeeper. It's a webiste, not an app. And you need to input every single unit you pull manually with their IVs as well as delete every combat manual or unit you use up for SI... It's a huge pain to set up, but quite useful!

it's your choice but i recommend Priscilla because she has high attack with a +attack iv

go with Ethlyn or Azama (but with a +def), those 2 have decent def to survive a hit better than most that you have

Lucius comes with pain, so he's pretty easy to use. I've used him a ton and he works well. I actually run Lucius, Jaffar, and 2 dancers as one of my main arena assault teams. Jaffar with reposition so he can hit and then retreat and pull dancer back to safety.

Lucius has dazzle staff so he doesn't get countered. Works well.

Lucius and Nanna are probably the two best healers for Pain+ in the 4* pool, and that’s not saying much. Nanna needs +Atk since 27 atk is unusable. That Lucius probably would be best since he already has Pain+ and you have perfect IVs.

With what you have, I'd say Lucius. He comes with pain and can deal some damage when he needs to.

But overall I really like a -atk Azama for the role.
He doesn't need wrathful (since he's got terrible attack) and can just pile up two fortress skills and become a tank.

Maria has the potential to do a lot of damage because she'll often double

Veronica is probably the best and most budget-friendly candidate. She has good offences for a healer and comes with Wrathful Staff already. But she's the only healer with a prf and it's really good so I think it would be a shame to use her for the generic savage pain build.

Out of the others would probably recommend Ethlyn, Nanna or Lucius. But really, anyone can do it so just choose your favourite.

Maria, Nanna, or Lucius. Maria and Nanna are pretty fast, which is great for more chip damage and tanking one hit if needed. Lucius comes with Pain and can run ploys well if you wanted to try another build.

Every healer runs it well. Use who you like for it.

Best for your budget is either Lucius or Azama. The reason why is because you need a 5* healer to get pain+. You can get the savage component from a 4* Camilla.

So upgrading Lucius or Azama will get you pain+ for 20k feathers. If you put it on anyone other than ethlyn or veronica you'll spend 40k feathers, and if you put it on ethlyn or veronica you'll need to give up a 5* anyway.

Lucius has bad defense but much better attack than Azama. Azama can be left in threat range of more units. So I guess which unit Will be Best for you depends on whether you're planning on running the healers with enough other people that you'll have options for how to get them out of danger.
