I think Sorcery Blade should've been a B slot

It's competing with pure stats while this skill if a B slot would be competing with Guard/QR for tanks and Desp/Wrath for fast attackers. I think it makes it easier to put it on a build if it were a B slot and would actually be competition. Like I would love to put this on Innes but I would have to give up his A slot. He doesn't have a B slot he needs so it'd fit perfect there. And B slots in general tend to be where this kind of ability would be place.

If I'm correct, then no. Bond-like skills are A and Seal skills.

Guard is in the A slot now I dont think they care anymore.

Typically A slot is stats, B slots is selfish utility, and C slot is a buff. But there are things that go against that now. We have A slots that lower special cooldown, B slots that lower special cooldown, B slots that debuff.

But, again if I recall correctly, Bond skills have yet to be anything other than in the A slot.

I think it's fine. It's technically an offensive attack buff unless you're up against a mixed tank.

I think that's the point. It competes with other skills that would grant extra stats, especially atk. I don't think it's more appropriate as an A-slot than as a B-slot for the same reason sturdy stance 4 is next-level powercreep, putting guard in the A-slot.
