I think I've finished, just want some opinions

So, most of these units will be forever projects to get max merge, but oh well, below is my armor emblem (thinking of swapping my amelia for make grima, but she looked so good and comboed well) any opinions would be great ivs are
Lyn +Def -Res
HJakub +Atk -Def
Amelia +Spd -Atk
BK neutral

You should switch the hone armor to BK and ward to Jacob. Jacob with brave bow will benefit the most from that extra 6 damage (twice), and since you have pretty much gone full offense and ignored jacob's defenses, he won't benefit that much from the ward.

I was running double hone on grima, but decided to switch to double march, I'll try the swap though

It's a solid set. If ever you get a Hardin, Jakob will be an absolute murdering machine with Bold Fighter.
