I swear saving orbs is more fun then spending them

Just seeing that you have 100+ orbs when you log in so satisfying
- summons sucks because pity brakes and sometime you only use the unit a couple times and the he rides the bench like my poor Leif who is cool but I got other sword users so..

Stops being fun when you run out of staple units to fodder.
Imagine promoting a Jagen to five star because you ran out of Hinata.

Why not its not like they are a limited resource. We don't have a lot now but that will obviously not be the case later down the line. Its like with refining stones where no one had enough when they came out at first but now we are swimming in them I have like 1000+ atm

It's possible to get maybe 70 a week? And later on we'll probably get more through quests and they might start appearing as rewards in other game modes. So it's possible to obtain a fodder unit every several weeks once the costs start going up.

I think there are skills more worth foddering from GHB/TT units than fury.

Eh, I find it better to actually see the unit that I spent my Orbs on, and wanted.

Seeing hundreds of Orbs saves on my account is nice, but seeing my +1 Ophelia and +2 Owain is so much more satisfying.

Oh yeah for sure snagging 3 copies of Lewyn for me was amazing
But just the process of saving orbs vs spending them is far more enjoyable I probably won’t summon until 3.0 or SS units tbh just because of the future demotions

Step 1. Save orbs for a month
Step 2. Get excited because I finally get to summon new stuff
Step 3. Burn through 150+ orbs
Step 4. Get pity broken by a hero I don't want with bad IVs
Step 5. Make IS voodoo doll
Step 6. Repeat

I admit it's quite satisfying to save up orbs for that one banner/unit you're excited for. I saved my orbs for 3 weeks for the Legendary Banner at the end of October and summoned on Halloween, nabbing myself Sumia, Legendary Eirika and Olivia (YT).

Right now I'm saving my orbs again for the next Legendary Banner because this year's summer banners only got me one focus unit each (bizarrely, both the red ones), Legendary Lucina returns and Olwen (WoT) might appear. Sitting at 90 f2p orbs right now.

I saved almost 4 months of orbs, trying to get Lephraim, getting none instead.
rip 900+ orbs.

I think I prefer saving to spending, too. There's a certain interest in redeeming them for units, but it's such a toss.
