I really need help with this...

So...I summoned a normal Ike when I started the game and I recently got around to train him up, but I found out he is -Attack and +Resistance. Could someone help me figure out how to make him work? Thanks! Also, ignore the Water Blessing. I'm not using him with a water hero yet.

Being -atk you'll definetly have to change his A slot as it won't activate much, you could give him double distant def and qr to deal with mages if you have the fodder for it. Otherwise you can go with fury, have renewal in B and qr as seal

Okay, I'll try that! What should I use as a C slot and assist skill? Or no assist skill?

You can use anything in his C slot as it is the more flexible one, i'd say that threaten atk or threaten def are the most budget ones, and as assist you can never go wrong with reposition

Well you've been using him the whole time haven't you? How well did you like him before you knew his IV?

Well, when I was using him, I always was confused as to why he was doing enough damage to enemies to take them out. If you couldn't tell by now, I was really new at Fire Emblem in general and didn't understand IV's and the like...
