I pulled 2 fell robins(m), with -atk/+def and neutral iv. Which should I merge into the other

His attack stat is so high that an attack bane, honestly, doesn't matter in any way, shape, or form. He has 53 attack even with an attack bane.

Either one could work, but many would probably recommend going with neutral due to how feared attack banes are in this game, lol.
