I promise, this is NOT salt, just need opinions

Well, If I were you, I'll look at the stats first, because I don't really main Lucina for waifu gaming lol. But if you think you'll like her as a unit and a character regardless of the upcoming stats, go for it, man. Love the units not the stats lol.

In my opinion, I find this Legendary Banner to be quite average compared to some of the previous ones. I'm not going to be spending a lot of orbs here--maybe just for one 5-Star that I don't have, then I'm dipping.

If you really want the new Lucina, don't mind Ishtar or Azura potentially pity-breaking you on Blue, and maybe have at least 2 other units from a different color (preferably those two being of the same color) that you don't mind getting in case Blue is not available, then pull.

But, if you only want Lucina and no one else, hold off. Sniping on Legendary Banners is really bad, and she'll come back in the future--probably with some more desirable units. Plus, there's the new Seasonal Banner dropping in about 10 days, a CYL 2 banner projected to occur at the end of August, then probably a Legendary banner after that, and some other things in-between that we don't know but you might find appealing.

I think she's worth getting purely because of her support and C-skills. If those don't interest you and you don't care about Lucina as a character, then I think that you can safely skip.

No and i'll list five reasons why.
1. Despite being on an 8% rate banner with no off-focus units available, the chances of pulling her specifically and extremely low.

2. Her skills barring her Future skill will be available on other units or are already available on other units.

3. Due to being a legendary hero the chances of getting her to 5+10 are very VERY slim for a f2p player, and dumping orbs into trying to get her can leave you with no 5 stars and no orbs if youre unlucky enough. Due to being a legendary unit, her availability will be very, VERY limited, meaning she'll show up, at best, 3 times per year, once all the other legendaries are out, assuming no more get added and that legendary banners stay around.

4. Shes the 5th lucina, don't support that banner, vote with your wallet, say NO to alts.

5. She's going to get powercreeped in a couple months just like female grima was. It's bound to happen and subjecting yourself to legendary bait banners should be heavily self restricted unless you have fewer than 50 individual 5 star units, and at that point you don't need to invest orbs in new units as opposed to investing in units you already have.

***BONUS REASON***
Choose Your Legend 2 is happening in 32 days. save your orbs.

Depends on how much you want her, If you want her but not that much then spend like 30 orbs or close, if you really really want her then spend as much as you like.
otherwise don't spend orbs and just free summon and bail and pick a god and pray that you free summon her.

I would advise not pulling. Two of the units on this banner are fodder landmines (Azura and LA Lilina). One third of the units are archers, who at this time are not viable in higher tiers of Arena. You should re-evaluate in 3-4 months when Lucina returns if skills have been added to the game that enable archers to be relevant again. Until then, she needs Firesweep Bow to be usable.

If I didn't already have Ishtar and Azura, I'd pull for at least one copy.
She looks like she'd be at least a good unit to have for AA.

Blue is pretty good this B8% banner, I would probably snipe blue. (Azura is among my favorite units so I’m probably a bit biased)
