I need help with Sonya.

Had her for quite a while and I would like to use her since I like her in Echoes. She is (+DEF, -HP) which doesn’t really hurt her offensive stats which is good, but I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice for her. If more information is needed such as other units available I’ll be glad to help.
