I need green tome users

The only thoroughly trained green tome unit I have is Rhajat. But I need at least another one of them. I'm between Nino, Merric, and Cecilia. They are:
Merric: +Atk - Def
Nino: +Atk -Spe or Neutral
Cecilia: +Atk -Res

These are my main 3 interests, but I am still always open to suggestions. I also have a +Def -Res Boey and a -HP +Spe one. Which one of these sounds the best? or which another unit would you suggest?

I would suggest Cecilia or Neutral Nino. Cecilia with Triangle Adept covers very well blues and colorless(should you keep her default time). Nino is a good desperation fury unit, and she packs a big punch. Mine is +ATK so with Blade+ and Fury it's 52, no merge. And I like using her. Plus, it's having a good green unit. In my case, that's what I lack.

+spd Nino is a classic and still very effective today. Your best bet for a general-usage green mage. You only have neutral for now, which is already decently fast with a spd seal and buff (which she expects anyways because blade tome). If you're not working on merge projects you can merge into +spd later. Cecilia is excellent as an anti-Reinhardt/B.Lyn with native tome+TA+bowbreaker. Generally, she's one of the best raven mages you can have, but her role is usually quite specific because her speed is low.

That's a good IV of Merric. He's not the most impressive among green mages, but his refined weapon is very good and a lot of the best fliers are blue, so he can really put the hurt on them. Plus, usually flier teams are worried about bows and they forget about Merric. However, that's probably not what you had in mind when you were thinking "I need another green mage."

+spd Boey can be nice if you can use his tome in playerphase but otherwise... You need someone like Soren for offence or +spd Nino.
