I made an Anna gimmick build

Welcome your suggestions for improvement

Assumed: infantry pulse or Ostia's Pulse. Ostia's Pulse is more reliable because she's going to have tons of HP if she's a bonus unit on your arena offense, especially with the refine, especially if the season is right and she's with a legendary. On arena defense infantry pulse should be fine though.

Noatun+eff
(some assist, probably dual rally for points, but maybe you can use a ranged unit to get her stuck on a reposition loop?)

Wings of mercy
Spd ploy
Flashing blade (or quickened pulse, but flashing blade scores better and you need to double for the glacies to go off anyways)

Put her on arena defense with a singer/dancer and give people brrrrrain damaaaage

I've always wanted to use a unit with Wings of Mercy and a Bond skill, unfortunately the only unit I have with a Bond skill is the free Fjorm, and I don't want to fodder her off due to possible quests that require her services.

Spur spd, or spd tactic if you're swimming in orbs
Spd smoke

Neutral Zelgius with fury now has effectively 47 spd. Flashing blade black luna.

I made a similar meme build with Takumi. I wouldn’t trust the AI to use it properly though

It's an interesting build, and I like it a lot. However, the main problem I see with this build is Anna, herself.

She has a really cool refine that let's her warp everywhere she could possibly want, but her Atk is so painfully low that I don't think even a Glacies proc would be enough to kill the enemy in conjunction with her initial attack, even with Bond skill active. Maybe, if you replace Wings of Mercy for Wrath (I don't think she needs THAT much mobility when her weapon is more than sufficient.), then she might be able to edge out the kill with an additional 32 damage from the Special proc, but that would make the build even more expensive then it already is. (That's WF!Hinoka, Nephenee / Karla, and Deirdre, if you don't have a spare Saias.)

I honestly don't know if it is worth that much investment to build an Anna like that, when a good number of stronger units that have access to merges can surprise kill the enemy units with just Wings of Mercy.

I assume the goal is to sweep with Anna given the Arena update. Given that Anna will always be on rotation, I don't think it's terrible to invest into her.

Out of all the units in the game, the Askr trio is the safest bet to eventually receive any other buffs that might be added to the game (in the sense of weapon refine or other similar changes).
