I LOVE Robin’s refine!

It’s not bad

I personally don't like Robin's refine that much, i have him at+10 and i see much more potential in running him with Owltome.
Effectiveness against colorless isn't that needed anymore as archers are almost gone from the meta (maybe B!Lyn but dragon can deal with her and other threaths while raventome is only for archers) and having it against healers doesn't help that much either as he can't kill them and they will kill him in return (all healers can avoid getting doubled and tank him).
The effect refine is decent but Def and Res Tactic are easily available by promoting character available in the 4* pool and are available as seal, Atk tactic is also available in the 4* pool which makes the effect lose value
