i just got a -atk +spd hector please help

Just use an atk seal to patch it up.....

Seriously though, Hector is so strong with DC, Armads, QR seal and Wary fighter you can use him even if he has an attack bane.

That's about the shittest IV you can get friend :/ because speed is useless on him and but he's always made up for it with attack prowess. However, two points for you to consider. #1 An -Atk bane isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world if you aren't sacrificing bulk on a unit designed to be bulky, and you *can* make a unit still shine in their niche if you build them well and put them in a good team. #2 Distant Counter is an incredibly sought after skill, and it was his DC that, at launch, made him the #1 unit (along with Takumi, who had the ranged version). In other words, the Distant Counter, in this case, is more valuable than Hector himself. I would personally be predisposed to just using him as skill fodder once you get a unit it'll work well on.
