I have a +spd/-def Cordelia at lvl 40+4, continue or not?

I'm not very good at team building, or builds in general, but I want to know if I should keep leveling my Cordelia. I've been playing since she was in the meta, but she seems to have fallen off. Just in case I'm wasting my feathers, please clarify for me.

You might want to wait a little until we see what happens with that nullify dazzle/firesweep ability that dataminers found. That said, she's not confined to firesweep.

In general, she's no longer dominant in the meta but I think she still has significant value
