I have no clue what to do

Since last year's Halloween banner, I have been trying my best to get Nowi. With no results. But they revived last year's Halloween banner, YAY another chance to get H!Nowi!!!!. So I started summoning and building pity rate and waiting, until this morning. I woke up to 2 orbs from daily bonuses, 2 orbs from Forging Bonds and since all I needed was 1 extra orb, I figured I would complete a Chain Challenge map... just because why not. Fast forward a few minutes, map completed, I now have 6 orbs. Open summoning session, with no luck. 2 colorless orbs appear, 3 blue orbs appear, zero red orbs appear... damnit! I go ahead and choose the next better option. Pick colorless with no hopes of getting anything/getting sakura. My face of happiness to finding out I had just gotten a H!Jakob. NICE!!!! And with perfect IV's. MEGA-NICE!!!. But wait.... My pity rate.... damnit. I am not going to continue pulling in this banner as I want to also pull in the legendary one. Now, what to do.... got a perfectly IV'd, tier 1, broken as hell hero. Might as well build it!

(Sorry for making you sit through the story... Now my question:)

Who could I fodder off Bold Fighter from? I have Hardin, L!Tiki, and H!Kagero. I am not killing Kagero, I love her. I could kill Tiki, but that would mean missing out on way too much. And final option, Hardin... My Hardin is - Atk +Spd. And to be honest, I was pretty disappointed when I got him on his original banner back when it was up... But after so much time I kinda grew to like him.... I don't even use him that much, so killing him won't affect me in the slightest... But still, I have mixed feelings. What would you suggest? Killing him off to someone that is going to make a way bigger and better use on such a great skill as BF? Keeping him just for emotional purposes and missing out on Jakob quads and shenanigans? What would you do in my position?

It's a highly subjective choice. If I had no use for Hardin and he would be just collecting dust in my barracks, I would just max his HM to get all the value from him and then I would fodder him off.

Already maxed out HM... ready for anything.

I think it's safe to kill him then. Jakob is quite strong with bold fighter and either with brave bow or with any other bow. It's a good investment.

I see... welp, for now I'll see what everyone else has to says, but I am most likely going to fodder him off by the end of the day. Thanks for the help!

I woulnd't kill Hardin for Jakob. Hardin is a unit in the regular summoning pool and one of the strongest and most well-rounded units in the game. Jakob is a seasonal, so your chance to merge him up is much less. After this halloween banner, he probably won't be available again for many months. I should note that your Hardin is +Spd/-Atk. Possibly one of the worst IV's for Hardin, but I insist that Hardin is an extremely well rounded unit that can function with any IV combination.

If anything, feed him your Kagero... or wait. Kagero is pretty unique being a green armored dagger.

I understand your point, but if we used this logic for everything, you would just be unable to force yourself to give any rare skills to your seasonal units. Not every usable hero has to be high-merged....you won't even use them in arena, because arena is dumb, so you might as well just use your skill fodder to make your heroes into something worthwhile and fun to use.

That's correct. I think you should never give any rare skills to seasonals unless you are going to save up and merge them Otherwise you end up with like... a Summer Xander +1 with distant counter and your +10 Sheena has to go without it.
