I have a Free Emerald Axe+...

From a Titania who I have ar 40+1 version of already. Who would benefit most from this weapon? Sheena?

Or should i just merge and take Titania at 40+2?

If you also have Distant Counter fodder, units with high Res such as Camilla and Hawkeye can use it to become anti-blue and green mage units themselves.

If you care a little too much about Arena scores, go with your latter plan.

Personally, I'd use her for Guard inheritance... It's the only safeguard for walls facing QP Moonbow.
