I have this +Def -HP Shigure, what do I do with him?

I'm sitting here with my only Uplifting Flier Shigure having +Def and -HP, but I really want to use him and I don't have the ability to summon another one. He's got ward fliers and the seal speed seal, but I'm at a complete loss of what to do with my Shigure. Any advice for how to make him shine?

His team mates are F!Grima, Bow!Hinoka and Gerome.
