I hate pity breaks

Everyone has probably said this by now, but pity breakers are the worst. Like, it shouldnt reset the chance for focus units, thats the worst part.

Ive been pity broken twice on the summer banner so far. I want Camilla to complete Camilla emblem but the game has decided otherwise. My first pity break was a Karla when there were no blue orbs, and now I got a normal Azura.
IS, please update summoning so that it doesnt reset the focus rate, we're begging you.

I got pity broken by Damn Katarina while summoning for S!Linde. ( Starfish+ Fodder )

IS needs to demote some certain units from the 5* pool into the 4/3* pool. I don't really know why you're complaining about Karla, I really need Even Spd Wave.

I was pity broken on the 1st Summer Banner this year by a -Spd +Hp Delthea with just 3 days to go, but 2nd or 3rd summon on that Banner later and I got a +Spd -Def Summer Cordelia, with a day to spare. Keep building up orbs, continue to give it your best shot, and if you still miss it, with how many others are trying to get Camilla Emblem, there's a good chance she will still re-appear on a Legendary Banner. At the very worst, you just need to wait a year. This June, everyone was focused on this years Bridal Banner, not me, I got a +Atk -HP Bridal Lyn and a +Spd -Atk Bridal Cordelia. 12 days is still a lot of time, don't give up. Also, I have been pity broken by a +Atk -HP Zelgius before, along with a crappy IV but still good to this day Celica when I came back to this game, so I'm in favor of pity breakers, epsecially since they cleaned out the summoning pool some months ago. I get that you are arguing so that they don't reset the pity rate, but it'd honestly be more reasonable to just argue for a higher starter pity rate or pity rate climb instead, not resetting the rate just defeats the purpose of it, in a Gacha Game at least. And they have been doing a good job with the 5 stars pool too, they seem to always down rank one of the members of a new set of characters in a normal Banner. Again, I get that it stinks, especially twice in one Banner, but what you're asking for is a little far fetched.

That sounds like a good idea, having pity rates only reset for their respective type. If you pull a non-focus 5*, only the non-focus rate resets. Same goes for the focus unit. If by sheer luck, you pull both, then both rates resets. Or, you can just make a permanent rate increase for regular focus unit banners, like 4% base focus, and 2% non focus. That excludes CYLs, legendary banners, and HeroFests.
