I Got a Fallen Celica.

Summoning for Red or Blue Morgan, I got a Fallen Celica with +HP/-Def

I don't plan on using her, and Chill Speed is an excellent passive to have. Anyone notable that does well with this ability?

Soren likes it because it pairs well with his Chill Attack, but any debuffer could make pretty good use of it so long as they're not reliant on their current B skill.

Oh yea, Soren's new tome... I have a +Spd/-Def that I was raising during the the Black Knight TT and he recently had a new weapon released, so maybe's it's time to start raising him again. He has at least over 1,000 something SP at the moment, so he's in a good position I suppose.

Any mid-high speed tier sword does well with it too. Someone like Mia and Soleil can use it fairly well. For Mia it lets her double a +Spd Ayra and for Soleil it lets her avoid doubles from Ayra/Mia. If Soleil is a player phase build running Life and Death, Chill Speed allows Soleil to double Mia and Ayra too!

AS Ahikai suggested, Chill Speed is very good on support units as well, debuffing the enemy and enhancing the combat prowess of their allies as a result.

agreed on Soren. As for debuffers, not so much in agreement. They can be very reliant on Wind/Watersweep effects to stay alive and chill speed occupies that same skill slot. Debuffers that can actually kill their target tho, they can run the skill very well. The only ones i can think of are the dragons and Sothe but Sothe wants desperation.

I gave Chill Speed to my BCordelia because she is +Atk so she only reaches 40 speed with LnD and I can't refine her weapon because i gave her firesweep bow.

Back then, 40 speed was enough for her to dominate but recently, you need to go over 40 to be considered a speed beast and Chill speed is just what she needed.

If you have a +Spd Charlotte and perhaps even a Soleil with Neutral Speed, they will perform so much better with Chill Speed and a firesweep weapon.

Otherwise, it isn't a bad option on your healers who can stay back, stay safe, and keep the debuff going

For debuggers I assumed along the lines of Blinding Staff users or Firesweep users, but the B skill reliance on many debuffers is definitely a fair point. One debuffer that is awesome with it, imo, is F!Corrin. She's so tanky that she's in little danger if you respect the weapon triangle.

That's actually a really good point; I NEVER have sweep fodder (weeping for my Sothe rn) so I forgot about it. But all of the chill skills would be excellent on any brave users, and chill speed especially on brave bow users that can't usually quad. It wouldn't be a skill that necessarily helps matchups for them, but for their teammates.

Dunno if I'd break up a razzle-dazzle combo on my healers for it though. Same argument as the sweep skills.

I think mine is the same case. I cant remember, but I also set her up with a Brave Bow, so could possibly be an option, but I think Desperation is her better option with my current build as opposed to yours.

Definitely a good suggestion. I'll keep it in mind.

I gave one to Eirika and it works great for a buffer which will provide your units an instant +13 speed advantage over your opponents with her refined weapon and hone speed.

That's pretty legit honestly. Having such a massive speed spike would be good for the likes of my team currently. I have Ike at 42 speed currently (+4 merge, and speed seal +3)

And Mae at 42 as well (SS, Reforge, +9 merge), so it would be useful to mix and match it with my team or someone else at this point.
