Well, I already found 2 or 3 Reinhardts with Desperation and NO BA seal, and there's no reason for them to have Desperation without the seal when you can lock skills and seals in the defense team.

Although I guess foddering a Deirdre or Saias for someone who's never gonna be a good user of the skill is worse.

Maybe they truely fear the LnD -Res Virion?

he can do it though, with summoner support, fortress def/res and fortress res seal!

He felt the need to outspeed other unmerged BKs once he is merged. *brainfart*
