I was waiting to feed DC to you until I checked what your refinement was. Now I have mixed feelings.
She can still completely wreck blue mages (Reinhardt/Ishtar/Any other blue mage) and she can deal with some green mages (anyone that's not Nino unless she's Panic's or Titania has something like Dull Ranged) but yeah, her prf weapon is completely bogus.
The refine, in my opinion, is good.
This is correct; she has blue mages and dragons absolutely crushed; lances would have an extremely hard time with her too. Meanwhile she buffs the crap out of the tactics team and they destroy everyone else. Like, play her with L&D regular Tharja, for instance, and get someone else to provide atk or spd tactic, whichever Titania doesn't. (Some slow tank like Effie or Oboro would be good at giving spd tactic.) Add a dancer, and you have a strong team.
I don't think the attack refine is worth it over others on any weapon. Wouldn't it be better to give her a speed refine for more double potential, or to even increase her defense/resistance a bit more for tankability?
I dunno, just my opinion on it.
But anyway, if you're not using her on a Tactic's team, then you don't need the refinement.
