That Desperation becomes a seal. With this new refine Navarre has, Special Spiral staked on top of it literally makes him one of the best Aether users in the game.
Praise this refine. Navarre has been one of my fav units from the start so this has made him so much more unique.

And listen, you know how useful that'd be in stuff like CC and AA? This refine made Navarre near the level of Ayra and Karla. Yes, not same stat wise. But in procing specials and out speeding enemies, he's now one of the best in the game thanks to the Quickened Pulse refine.

Literally everything except the in-game documentation says -1, what the fuck. And yeah, I got banned. I'd link what got me banned, but they deleted it for being "racially insensitive".

True dmg and often 1 turn specials make those units good. Not necessarily desperation.

Fir is a better comparison than karel and karla. With +atk she has 29 and 36 offensive statline. With her wo dao effect it becomes 34/39 and 36 due to wo day and depending on the special used. Meaning hes still comes off as a worse fir..... So dont compare top tier units to riffraff

Hes barely gonna be scraping by tier 5. 4 if hes super lucky

Well I’m waiting for a vantage seal so I can build a Slaying Edge, Black Luna, Special Spiral build for Burger King.

Thats a dumb idea. Black luna starts at 3, slaying drops it to 2, then with vantage hes stuck with a fully charged black luna because he attacked first, then takes a hit that doesnt charge black luna at all. Your idea is stupid and doesn't work.

Neither of which matter in this scenario because after combat, black luna would still be at 1 after combat, and vantage would mean bk attacks first, fully charging black luna, but not using it. But this was also proven wrong because I was ignorant to spirals effect being -2 and not -1.
