I dont use Summer Innes as much as I thought. This a fair sacrifice?

Originally I thought giving him Even Speed Wave would be worth it but I dont actually use him much. Eirika however I do and she's a big fave, plus it'd round out the buffs she gets from Winter!Eirika. His IVs arent even optimal but he is +1. What to do?

I feel like it's not worth it.

You're giving up a +1 seasonal, maybe there are other ways to build him.

At the very least, Eirika doesn't really have much use for it, since she reaches 47 speed on her own. The boost to def from the wave she has is a lot more welcome

I think the big problem is you arent using Summer Innes as much as you should be! Sometimes you have to go out of your way to use people but remembering to do that makes the game more fun

Eirika doesn't really need speed anymore though. What she does need is bulk, and def wave + her weapon is very useful for that.
