I don’t know what to feel about this

On one hand I finally have an Azura and an additional dancer/singer is always great especially considering her IV is an attack+ , Defense- on the other hand it took me up to 5% pity rate and I was going for F Morgan considering I love her so this gives me mix feeling right now

Considering I don’t have any Azura (and probably never will, let’s be real here), I wouldn’t consider this a pitybreaker in any way/shape/form. Be happy you got her and find a way to use her.

I also have never pulled an Azura and she’s a unit I wanted back when I started the game. So I’d consider it a good pull and her boon/bane decent too.

Well at least the good news with dancers is that they're always useful regardless of IVs.

Some heroes aren't pity-breakers. This term is quite insulting actually.

When the game started it was not used. Heroes like Hector, Ryoma, Azura and Linde essentially all were what we would call a pity-breaker today, but be assured, no one would have ever thought to call them so.

See her as a rare surprise and honor your guest the way she deserves! ; )

I still don’t call any of the units you named pitybreakers. Hell I’d jump for joy if I pulled any of them! Lol

For each color, units like Cain/Ogma/Corrin M, Camilla/Merric, Peri/Clair, and Jakob/Mist are my definition of pitybreakers because they are generally considered marginally worse than other units of the same class.

Actually, I have pulled Mist with a 3% rate. She was +def-res, literally her worst boon. That was not a pitybreaker. That was a cruel joke.

I’ve also free summoned a 5* Camilla and a 5* Jakob. Camilla was free Brave axe+, Jakob is a future meme build since he is actually +spd-res. Lol

I use Camilla in my current TT team just because my only other 5-star green is Grima and I don't need another enemy phase unit on that team(I have a Double phase Micaiah but she is not the best player phase as I have both M!Morgan and Sothe)

Poison Strike Savage Blow(IDK IV's) Incredibly useful for TT and units that would survive initiation with another one of mine but Savage Blow trolls them and drops their HP just enough to secure the kill. Poison Strike was because I had a random Saizo just sitting around doing nothing.

Oh, the classic Jaffar set. Yeah, that's tearing holes into enemy formations, I know well. This set is one reason why I never lost a TT round using Jaffar. But it's also a good budget idea for Camilla, she already has a good base kit for that.

But I still look forward to my Poleaxe set, I guess it wanna be great!

I get bad IVs every time I pull Camilla. -spd or -atk almost every time, and the couple I haven’t had that had a +hp-res or +hp-def. Her 2 5* variations I got have been sent to the SI slaughterhouse. Lol

One addition, for the pity breakers you named: some can even be good. Others are fodder. But for all of them, let me quote the words of the great Jack Sparrow:

"Take what you can get and never give anything back!"

I have yet to get a good IV Camilla, 4* or 5*. Same with Ogma and Cain. Corrin M desperately needs refinement love. Merric is the pitybreaker nobody seems to ever want (and one I have yet to summon), Peri with the right IVs and extreme investment could be good, but otherwise she’s a pitybreaker, Clair is good for Silver lance+ at 5* and unfortunately is very weak compared to other blue fliers (and blue units in general), and Mist has no business as a 5* exclusive. Lucius deserves it more than she does.

Jakob is good for memes, so I guess that’s something? Lol.

i mean my definition of a pity-breaker is someone just ending the streak of bad luck no matter whether the unit is bad or not and also im gonna welcome by treating her like the princess that she is. its just that it feels like a part of me feels like it died in this banner considering i broke a sacred rule which was dont use your money to buy orbs it just feels like azura gave me a mercy kill with my highest rate of 5% yet

I broke the sacred rule of never spend your money on in-game purchases, but the starter pack was just too damn good to pass up.

Haven’t bought just orbs though.
