I don't know how to feel about this, all I wanted was summer tana...

I used 300+ orbs during the summer banner to try and get summer Tana. Went to try and pull her on the legendary banner and this happened.

I'd feel weird if I were you. 'cause that's a decent result for 300 orbs and the fodder is really good but it's not Tana

So Eirika was +spd -hp, and the Olivia's were +atk -def and +def -atk. I finally pulled a summer tana within my last 20 orbs and she is -atk +hp. A truly cruel fate. Is she still salvageable/if so, what's a decent build?

You could always go with a budget build with Fury 3, Desperation 3, and any flexible C skill.

44 Atk isn't that great imo. If you want to squeeze more power out of her, you could pair her up with an ally to provide Hone Fliers / Atk Tactic to boost her Atk to a respectable 50. With Fury: 53. Or you could even try a Brazen Atk/Def 3 (the Def is somewhat useless) and increase her Atk by 7 when under the hp threshold.
