From the game. Look at Masked Marth's refinement options for Falchion. Caeda learned Winged Sword naturally I think. Same with Felicia, Hinoka, and Raven.

You need to learn Raven, Caeda, Hinoka and Felicia's weapons first, naturally learned. Then they will appear in the refinement, alongside Falchions and Eckesachs.

Go to your app store and just update it manually.
