When I saw Nohrian Dusk I thought that 2 banners in 2 weeks mean that next banner will be Hoshido themed. Like when IS give 2 banners at once with Alm, and Celica army.
Maybe after popularity of Veronica IS want to give us more OG Feh heroes. Or maybe they use Muspellians only for some other mode.
