Hybrid team Hone Emblem buff ?

I want to make a team half infantry and half flier (reason is I don't have any mage flier and my main unit is Nowi, so 2 units down), but I was wondering if this was worth to have the Hone Flier/ Goad Flier on the fliers or just to give them regular one since I have 2 others infantry?

This depends heavily on which units you're planning to use, but generally, if both your fliers are powerhouses (e.g. Minerva and Cordelia) then Hones on both of them would be great.

If one is significantly weaker than the other, give them Hone and a healer build (ardent sacrifice + renewal + breath of life) so they can act as a team healer while also making the other flier deadlier. This also frees up one of your two infantry slots since now you don't need to bring a healer.

For your infantry choices, definitely include a bLyn counter, since that's where flier emblem hurts the most. The other infantry unit should probably be a Reinhardt counter.
