-Hp+Res Dorcas & -Atk+Res Ryoma

So I got these two bums while trying to pull for Grima Robin. What do I do with them? They're both my first of each of them.

Dorcas I could either fodder or keep; on one hand, he has Quick Riposte 3 and Infantry Pulse, but on the other hand, my only strong Green units currently are an Anna, a Cherche, a Myrrh, and a NY Azura. So the bulky distance-counter Infantry might be nice.

Second, I have no idea whatsoever what to do with Ryoma. Not great skills, and not salvageable stats as far as I can tell.

Thoughts on both of these?

EDIT: Just noticed Dorcas's Res boon is actually a superboon; it buffs it from 24 up to an actually pretty respectable 28. So leaning a bit more towards keeping him now.

EDIT 2: I decided I'm keeping the Dorcas; thoughts on Ryoma still though?
