HP+/Def- Sothe?

Not the worst thing. At least it's not Atk- or Spd-. Still, are there any suggestions specific to these IVs on what to do with him? Spent well over 100 orbs trying and finally getting him and don't want him to go to waste.

Better than my +Res -Spd tho, I just covered it with the Spd+3 seal and LnD3, plus I gave him ally support with Brave Lucina, which will give him a total 44 spd when near her.

I personally went for Draconic Aura and Vantage on him with his base kit. He'll be great with little investment. Like you said, at least it's not -Atk or -Spd. Just keep him away from melee units.
