-hp/+def Ninian with Wrath moonbow combo?

Just curious on what people are thinking with this build im planing on doing. Been having Nep for almost a month and the only unit that could benefit from what i see that i currently have is Ninian. Now we know that ninian is no attacker but i have this crazy idea of making her one cause why not? Since her atk hits 38 using a speed refined light breath (love its buff for mixed teams), i figure she will mostly double if a team member lowers enemy spd. Since im using moonbow she should proc it on 2nd atk and have wrath eff take place, now i do know that wraths primary eff of -1 charge wont work till an engagement 2nd player phase with that hp threshold hits but she will be buffed in enemy phase thanks to her refined breath eff. So what i want to know, will this make Ninian a viable attacker/buffer or no besides dancing? Also i do have DC fodder if range units become a problem
