Definitely. Build her tank with QR, keep Atk/Def Bond if you don't want to spend or DC if you're feeling extravagant. She'll destroy many a thing.

One of the worst IVs she can have, but even so she's still usable; she just has so many stats. The HP boon is actually good - it's just that she prefers other boons. Her HP pool is relatively thin and the boon will help her against blue dragons.

She will be dependent on QR. Everything else is pretty much as usual as far as I can tell - DC + Iote's shield still works on a flier team because two goads will usually be enough to avoid doubles, otherwise you can use close def and her native A-skill, etc. etc.
