+hp/-spd Ryoma help

I'm not to sure what to use to fix his speed. Should I use fury, life and death, or just throw darting blow on him? I've also considered putting phantom speed on him to help out a little.

Distant defence seal and quick riposte, fury or distant defence in a slot

All Phantom Speed will do for him would be to shield from Windsweep and Ayra's Blade's effect. It only comes into play when a skill compares speed stats between a unit and their foe.
