+hp -spd Owain

Is this redeemable? With minus speed he caps out at 34 with no seals or buffs. It is either I find a build to work around the IV or I fodder him for blue flame to someone (probably a wrath type user like Legendary Ryoma or Mia).

He just needs atk/def seal and hes done. The - spd means he has no player phase. But his weapon still gives him a godly enemy phase

Should I run quick riposte with this? So he can retain his ability to double?

If you want..... But with wrath and double bond he wont need to double

Nope, 34 spd is garbage. Toss him to the fodder gallows
