+hp-spd or +def-atk shiro

I have a +hp-spd and +def-atk shiro
which one should I use

I'd go for the +hp. Keep his atk intact and drop his speed, which as I recall, is not that impressive to start with.

I thought it was like 25...but it's actually 30. 30 is far from awful, and it shouldn't take a ton of trouble to get you away from being doubled. On the other hand, if you build him on relying on Specials, he kind of wants to be doubled- which case, just go for it.
