You could try fixing it with Fury and Speed Seal, accompanied by some buffs, but even then you have better offensive tome users. I honestly wouldn't invest too much into her, but that's just me. I personally see her more as a situational unit for AA or particular GHBs. The idea of a turn one AoE is sexy.

Just invest in her atk as much as you can and you will be good, she designed to be blue version of Sanaki who must one-shot her opponents not double them.
