+hp -spd Ninian

I had a crappy 5-star female corrin with -spd I wanted to sacrifice to make a dark breath windsweep ninian... Should I give speed +3 as the A-slot (38 speed with phantom speed) or build her differently? I already have triangle adept Nowi as a strong combat dragon.
