You guys think she'll do just fine with her base kit? If not what should I change to optimize around these crappy IVs?

She'll be fine if you give her Quick Riposte, which I think is one of her better B skills anyway. Alternatively you could use the QR sacred seal. The build I went for on my neutral IV Robin is
