+Hp -Res Siegbert worth building?

Title pretty much says it all. He's one of my only two 5-star Cavalry units, the other being a +Hp -Atk LA Roy. I figure his Atk Tactic might be a neat thing to let me put him on a mixed emblem team.

try building him with:

death blow/swift sparrow

desperation

atk tactic/whatever clavery skill

and that is what I did, you might find it useful too

Yes, Siegbert is great. Fantastic offense and decent defense, too, plus he comes with a great base kit. Just slap reposition and desperation on him and you're set!
