What should I do? I have better blue units and thats the only nephenee (wrath) I think Ill ever get.
If you have enough lance units or don't plan on using her, you can fodder her off. As wrath is a very potent skill that can make a lot of units quite scary to face in arena. Before you do that I suggest levelling her up to unlock her convo (that is if this is your first Nephenee)

Nephenee is an excellent lance unit in my view and with decent IVs (no -Atk or -Spd) I'd suggest keeping her. Neph is a very fast and bulky lance and with a speed refine to push her up to 38 with her native Atk/Spd 2 or Fury pushing her up to 40/41 she'll be very difficult to double. That said, if you've more than enough lance units Wrath is great.
