+hp- res Celica

I gave her swordbreaker, moonbow, rtomebreaker(will switch between one of the two b skills depending on necessity, and her distant defense, and spur defense. Is this a good build? Or do the IV's make her bad.

Her IVs aren't the best, but +HP can make for a good Colorless check with DD! You can go Sword breaker to counter Ike and Xander (although I don't know if she KOs them, my gut says yeah! I love Celica, she's my favorite character from the franchise!

Don't recommend tomebreak since she's -Res, it could still work, but you would still get damaged

That's a good build (with swordbreaker). Also, with +Hp she could go L&D + desperation. It has been working pretty well for me as you are almost guaranteed a kill with Ragnarok. If you add reciprocal aid you can either get back to full HP or get into desperation range. I like this build because she can really threaten blues as well.
