+Hp -Res Amelia

So within my 12 orbs and free pull, I got an Amelia with the said IVs. I have no Green tanks other than her and a bad IVs Sheena.

Should I keep her and build, or should I fodder her Armor March off to my +Atk -Res boi Zelgius? Right now, Zelgius is my only powerful red tank, and my only potentially good blue tank is LA Eliwood. The problem is that I don’t have the skills like Distant Counter, Bold Fighter, and Vengeful Fighter that are necessary to make a super good armor squad.

Or should I just wait?

Definitely keep her. She's one of the best green armors (after the Hector twins because of Armads) and her IVs aren't bad, merely sub-optimal. Refine her axe for speed, give her Bonfire, an appropriate A slot (Fury or such), Desperation and armor march and she'll be excellent. The good skills will eventually come to you (it may take months, I've had two Hectors since the game launched) but patience will eventually bring you an excellent armor team.

EDIT: For her seal thanks to the +HP and her refine she'll be an excellent candidate for Panic Ploy.
