Hp+ def- or Neutral PA!Inigo?

Assuming that I'll use the typical gronnraven/triadept build, do you think it's better to use a neutral inigo or hp+ def-?

Also assuming ull be going for bow breaker and distant def. Theyll both be able to handle blyns and reins just fine, (which is the only matchups that matters tbh). So theyre kinda interchangeable tbh
