You didn't touch anything too important and you bumped her up into the 150 bst category. So she'll score a bit better if your main use of her is dance. Personally I would probably rather have the opposite so that I had an excuse to play with her fancy sword, but this isn't too terrible don't think. At least it doesn't drop her speed which is far more important for her bulk and offense.

Really, as long as she doesn't have -spd, she'll be fine.
With -3 def but +4 hp she'll accually have more physical bulk, seeing how she won't be doubled very often.
