Nope, her Atk will be way too low to be effective

You can make it work if she is your fav character but it would take a fair bit of investment. The general premise is to Boost her overall damage with a 2CD special that activates every round.

You’ll want Barb shuriken+ which reduces your Moonbow/Glimmer cooldown to 1. Then Fury, Desperation for the stat boost. Once she is in desperation range she’ll always do a normal
Hit then her special before the enemy counters which could help her kill her target.

You could run Life and Death which brings her attack to 37 even with -Atk. If that’s the case I would suggest going with quicken pulse seal so she immediately fires off her special and had the chance of OHKO her target.
