+Hp -Atk Siegbert?

While I was pulling for SY!Tiki I was pitty broken by a +HP -Atk Siegbert. From the get-go, I decided he'd go to fodder. But to be honest I like him a lot... Is there any way to save him for his pitiful IVs?

Just keep DB over Switching to SS with an Atk seal, or HB, you can still hit 55 atk with a seal

Or darting blow to get+10 spd to make sure he get follow-up attack
