-hp +atk Ninian build?

I mean.. sure? Thing is that even with an attack boon, her attack stat is reallllllly low. 28 attack with +atk Ninian, you can tell she's not meant for battle, which she shouldn't be used for. Her main thing is dancing for units, and possibly attacking a unit (if they can' attack her back or if she survives) to give buffs to her teammates thanks to her Light Breath's skill.
