+HP -ATK Legendary Hector

Yes. Sure, he’s not optimal, but unless you pull another one, he’s the best you’ve got and still the strongest Axe imo. Like Pheonixmaster1 says, IVs only seriously effect a unit if they are in desperate need of the stats. Hector has 56 base atk, and it’ll still be 53 after the bane, which is higher than his normal form. On top of that, his Vengeful Fighter + Bonfire trigger combo will make his atk obsolete most of the time, with bonfire being a complete overkill. L!Hector is one of those units that benefits from really any boon/bane aside from +spd.
