+hp -atk bridal tharja merge or fodder???

If you have a Bridal Tharja that has better IVs than this one, I'd suggest foddering off her Atk/Spd Bond.

If you don't have one (although I'm assuming you do since you put "merge" in the title, then I'd keep her. She can still be used.
