How would you build Garon?

I know most of you will just fodder him off, but I wanna ask. If you had absolutely no choice but to build him, how would go along doing that? I'm slightly confuzzled on how I should, and I would like some suggestions.

His Prf Wpn, Rally up atk+, Aether, Steady breath, Guard, Panic ploy and Quick riposte Sacred seal.

Breath of Blight is weird.

On turn 4, foes within 3 spaces of him take 10 damage and he heals 5 x number of foes in 3 spaces.

But it also neutralizes bonus damage from Falchion, Naga, etc.

Prf weapon, dual rally, Ignis, Distant Def, Renewal, Panic Ploy, QR Seal

Whew chile, the ghetto, this is only when the game hates me and won't give me Flora for an Arena bonus unit; because I REFUSE to use a healer with an Atk stat of 28 and my Fjorm is -Atk. So I'm pretty much locked to Garon or the Flora that I won't have.

Was planning on trying out deflect magic on him

Breath of Blight (maybe water breath)
Flex
Bonfire/aether
def boosting A skill (steady stance if I get a Silas)
Guard
Atk smoke/Panic ploy
Deflect Magic.

I think the best way to use him is to build on his good defences. While I like the anti falchion effect of breath of blight, water breath might be worth the lower atk.

Not sure about the A slot though.
Edit: Might have two ideas.

If Silvia gets demoted: Mirror stance

His speed is garbage. Needs QR since he isn’t armored, just to be competitive

Condensing. Everything that needs to be said, at least the #1 priority, was in that one sentence, outside of foddering him. The rest is all preference

Hmm. Good question. Well, his breath is the first breath to not impress me other than dragon resistance. Turn 4 is too little too late and not much healing tbh so I would go LB, especially given his really good Def and Res. A would be fury for short term battles. I gave my Tiki an easy Earth Boost but she has the HP to pull it off, Garon I would be more hesitant so I may leave his DD. Not premium but good budget, and good synergy with LB. C skills whatever tailors the team, but again I question the legitimacy of PP with his low HP. That’s my initial thoughts. Standard specials and move, of course.

That’s about as cheap as a man can get I believe.
