How would I build a +atk -def Minerva?

I don’t know much about fliers, but how would I build this Minerva I pulled a while back?

my minerva is +atk/-hp and i dont use her to tank at all i just use her as a nuke

give her desperation and use her innate LnD and stick her onto a goad flier team and she's golden

i run moonbow with QP with her effect refinement so she can nuke anyone on the first turn and the goad takes care of her lacking speed

if you want to run her in a mixed team, then i'd suggest refining hauteclere for speed instead to bring her up to 41
